3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Your subscription access will be terminated upon refund approval

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

For subscription-based products, please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately terminates your access to the service.

You can typically cancel subscriptions from your account settings within each product to prevent future charges.
